As a straightforward yet effective method for preventing loft insulation from being pushed up to the underside of your roofing underlay, these roll-out rafter trays will maintain a clear ventilation path from the eaves into the roof void.

These roll-out rafter trays are suitable for 10,000mm²/m or 25,000mm²/m continuous eaves ventilation in re-roofing and new build applications, on roof pitches over 12.5° and for 600mm rafter centres.

These rafter trays are simply rolled out over the rafters in the correct place to deliver a clear ventilation channel above the roof insulation and are fixed into the rafters with corrosion-resistant clout head nails or staples. For low-pitched roofs, two trays can be connected together and when using soffit ventilation, the bottom edge of the tray must be kept a minimum of 25mm from the back of the fascia board.
