In this kit we have ensured that the piece of rubber exceeds the size of your garage roof to allow for the necessary overhang. If you require additional trims and adhesive these can be purchased in our online shop.

This double garage roof kit is tailored to be suitable for a 6m x 7m garage roof and includes the correct quantities for this project specification. We have included the additional membrane to allow for the necessary overhang. We do all the calculations for adhesive, sealant and trim, so you don’t have to.

Trim colours:

Please note that the colour option applies to the trim only and the membrane is a standard grey/black. Specify your preferred trim colour in the box above. Trim is available in three colours to suit your projects:

• Black
• White
• Anthracite Grey

Trim options:

PermaRoof’s roof kits contain sufficient gutter trim for one long side of your roof. If you require gutter for the short side of your roof instead, please email us after you have placed your order at sales@permaroof.co.uk, quoting your order reference number.

Tools required:

Just a few tools are needed to install your roof kit:

• Soft-bristled household broom
• Adhesive rollers (large 9” and small 4” rollers recommended)
• Sharp scissors
• Penny roller for EPDM detailing
• Seam or edge roller

Options Available

Standard grade (1.14mm) EPDM membrane is ideal for medium-scale re-roofing projects and is fast and easy to fit to a standard double garage roof. We also provide a custom-cutting service and can build flat roof kits in premium grade EPDM to your exact specifications, in addition to a range of standard, off-the-shelf sizes.
